We already know that our products are amazing. They are sensitively imagined and designed, wonderfully well made in the UK, hand-finished and then lovingly packaged one-by-one by hand.
But this all counts for little if our customers don't feel special.

Leave a message (including your phone number please) if you call outside of these times and we will call you back.
And by the way, Customer Care calls are very often answered by our Founder and Senior Management team, so who knows who you might end up chatting to?
